“Charles, as everyone says, is awesome. I am truly impressed. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Charles went above and beyond to get my All touch PC fixed in record time, all my data saved and backed up, and even delivered it to my home as I was having car issues!! All this at an affordable price!!  Not only was the work done impeccably, but indeed at lightning speed. Charles is highly knowledgeable, efficient and most of all, caring for his customers. I thought they stopped making people like these any more. But can’t say how fortunate I am to have found Charles on dear, old Yelp. If only they could clone people like Charles, we would have a much, much better world!!”
