I came to them with laptop with a very damaged hard drive, hoping they could save my data. I was previously told by a different IT person that my only option was to wipe my computer in order to get it fixed, so I was preparing to hear the worse..

But to my surprise, Charles and the team were able to retrieve ALL of my data!!! I was beyond relieved. Apparently it was a very difficult job but they did it!! Thank you Lightning Computer Repair!!
