Charles went out of his way to stop by my house and pick everything up (no charge). I was expecting at least a couple day turnaround, asked him when it would be ready and he said tomorrow by noon. I responded with a WOW, and he said that's why we're named Lightning. He also explained that some of the programs might not transfer over.  I was worried about all my graphics programs as I might not be able to re-install and re-activate some of them.  Everything moved over great except one of the spyware programs, and it was ready to pick up by 10am.
