I had mishandled the installation of a new CPU, and knew I was far out of my comfort zone to try and resolve my self-induced issue. Charles was polite and understanding, not making me feel like an idiot. We had some preliminary discussions over the phone before I dropped off the desktop. Again, Charles provided a detailed game plan, and before I returned home, he diagnosed the issue and suggested a refurbished system, along with the estimated costs, which I felt were reasonable. Charles kept me informed throughout the day, and was able to complete the work by late afternoon. I now have a more powerful and upgraded system thanks to Charles. Would highly recommend his services.

I came to Charles when my PC began to show problems when I installed a new cpu fan. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and noticed me right away. As everyone has said in reviews, Charles is terrific--super quick to respond, very knowledgeable, "lightning" quick turnaround, and very reasonably priced. Sadly, my computer is toast (thanks to two spills in quick succession--coffee and wine) but Charles was able to find/save the data off my hard disk I needed and then offered to recycle the parts that could still be used and recycled the rest. Would highly recommend him!

Upon contacting Lightning Computer they explained that the wireless only install instruction was for a Windows computer and that it could be installed on my Imac with only the USB cable. At no charge they sent me a link to a website that provided detailed instructions. Following them enabled me to connect my printer straight away.

I contacted Lightning Computer Repair on a Sunday morning as my computer was having issues. I called the number provided by yelp to leave a message in hopes of a return call on Monday and Charles answered! Shocked anyone would answer on a Sunday, I explained to him what was going on and the need to get my computer up and running ASAP. He told me I could drop it off that day as he had some spare time. I was stunned. Met up with Charles and gave him my PC. He kept me in the loop via text message and upon diagnosis gave me a call to explain what was happening. Not only did he get my computer (that wouldnt even turn on) working, he gave me advice and told me not to spend the money on the additional parts as they weren't needed!? I couldn't believe the professionalism, prompt response and overall great communication from Charles and Lightning Computer Repair. I will only recommend them for anyone that needs help.
